Our insurance is additional to the factory insurance of the manufacturer of the product. The 36 or 60 months protection on material and production mistakes, guarantees you no extra costs if the protected product is defect within the normal warranty time therefor a hardware defect like the below pointed reasons. Spare parts and working time are completely included in the warranty protection. The invoice with the purchased item and the warranty product are the proof and the legitimation to get the benefit of the warranty protection in case of any hardware defect. The price for the warranty products is paid only one time and is valid 36 or 60 months. By the cooperation with international insurances the warranty products are including extra proctection aganst any other unforeseen, awkward, suddenly appearing defects or destruction of the protected hardware by using the below listed rules:

Cases, both XL and XXL insurance:

- Awkwardness ( Wrong, Falling down, Crash, Fluid)
- Mechanical force, implosion or any other effect under pressure
- Water or liquid of any kind without own or foreign part influence
- Elementary defects like thunderstom, frost, avalanches, floods, falling rocks etc
- Fire, thunder, explosions of any kind and also damages caused by the fire-extinguishing
- Burnmarks and singe, smoke and soot from external sources
- Indirect lightning
- Failure due to power issues and electromagnatic disturbance
- Material- and/or Manufacturing errors.

Additionally insured with XXL insurance:
- Burglary, robbery or robbery with own risk.

The insurance-products XL and XXL have references to the device - serial number. You can sell your device including the insurance within the running time, as long as the new owner informs himself about the rights and duties out of the guarantee-products and acknowledges this.
