Policy rules for use of the Expedition Music/DanceGrooves auction

You put a auction in the correct category and shall not:
1. perform actions prohibited or in fight with legislation or our rules and policy concerning contents;
2. supply incorrect or misleading information;
3. perform actions in fight with some rights of third parties;
4. spread bulletins containing spam, collar letters or pyramid systems;
5. spread viruses or other technology on or to Expedition Music/DanceGrooves or the users of Expedition Music/DanceGrooves;
6. charge the infrastructure of Expedition unreasonably, disturbing the good functioning of Expedition Music/DanceGrooves;
7. spread only contents or personal details of third parties;
8. collect information concerning others, including e-mail addresses, without authorisation;
9. perform measures taken to prevent or limit the access to Expedition Music/DanceGrooves.

Abuse of the Expedition Music/DanceGrooves auction:

For communicating problems or offending contents we you request use of file a complaint button below every auction; thus we can ensure together that the site continues work well.

We can limit our service or to conclude, remove leaped about contents and take technical and legal measures to deny users access to Expedition Music/DanceGrooves if we believe that they cause problems or do not act in conformity with the character or the spirit of our policy.

We preserve ourselves the right to remove material if we have reasons to suspect that conditions or the rights of whoever have been violated. Since most from the material on Expedition Music/DanceGrooves come from other users, we can not give guarantee concerning the exactitude of the auctions or other bulletins, or concerning quality, security or legitimacy of what is offered.

Also we can not give guarantee on the permanent or protected access to our services. For this reason we close, as far as legally permitted, all implicit guarantees and general conditions from concerning the sale by auction.

We are not responsible for some loss of money, goodwill or reputation, nor for some particular, indirect or consequence damage from your use of Expedition Music/DanceGrooves originating. Some jurisdictions do not permit the use of disclaimers or excluding damage, so that (some of) these disclaimers possibly do not apply to you. If we are in spite of above paragraph nevertheless responsible, our liability has been restricted towards you or third parties to up to the total compensation which you have paid to us during the 12 months before the operation as a result of which the liability has arisen.

Use of personal details

By using Expedition Music/DanceGrooves you agree with collecting, transferring, storing and use of your personal details, such as described in our privacy policy. Also you will agree with receiving marketing material of Expedition Music/DanceGrooves, unless you communicate that you do not want to receive such bulletins.

General

These policy rules, the general conditions and the privacy statement mentioned on Expedition Music/DanceGrooves form the complete agreement between Relic Music B.V. and you and replace all earlier agreements. On this the Dutch right applies. If we do not enforce a provision, this does not involve that we distance of the right to do so at a later moment.

If one of these conditions is judged invalid by court, this leaves the remaining use conditions unimpeded. We can change these conditions by right and to own pleasure by means of the notification mentioned below.

Notifications should be sent to us by e-mail or by registered post. Notifications done by registered post will be considered to be received five days after the date of sending.

We can modify these use conditions at all time, which modifications become effective at the moment that you place an auction or within thirty days of strength, dependent on which event takes place earlier.
