Cancel Order
From the moment of ordering till the moment of shipping you can always cancel the order without a statement of reasons. Exceptions are if we specially assembled products or specially ordered products for you. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped, DanceGrooves is forced to bill you the shipping (and possibly extra expenses made).
All abolitions have to be made in signed writing at Expedition Music. This can be done per e-mail, fax or post. You must mention in every case your complete name and order number in your written abolition.
For the refunding of already paid amounts include your bank account number as well as the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of your bank. The accountnumber that you give up for the refund has to be the same as the payment was made from. Already paid amounts will be refunded as fast as possible, usually within 14 days after abolition or receptiono of return.
Cooling off period
There's a legal cooling off period of 7 days. Within this period, you have the right to return the product without statement of reasons. Exceptions are if we specially assembled products or specially ordered products for you. The product only can be returned when the product is unused in the original, intact and closed packaging. You carry the expenses of the return.

Guarantee
The invoice that you receive by your order serves as guarantee proof. Keep this invoice carefully. We advise you also to keep the original packing of the product. In the original packing, you limit the chance on damage during transportation.
On all through Expedition Music/DanceGrooves sold hardware products a standard factory guarantee of minimally 1 year counts. The term for vinyl, CD, DVD and merchandise is 14 days. When a longer term is applicable this specifically mentioned with the product.
